This Survivor Emberglo metallic 1966 Ford Mustang Convertible was purchased and drove home a couple of years ago from a near by town here in Iowa. On the way home this poor little Pony had some heart issues. So the car was towed to a professional shop where its original 6 cylinder engine was taken and the transformation BEGAN! This no expense spared mechanical restoration is documented with receipts totaling over $50,000 and was completed using top of the line parts. Turning this little pony into a race horse! It comes equipped with a blue print 302 engine putting out over 350HP, a Super StreetFighter automatic transmission, Vintage Air Conditioning, power steering, 4 wheel power Wilwood disc brakes, healthy sounding dual exhaust, aluminum radiator electric fan, black top, and is riding on a new set of Chrome American racing wheels with new tires. The rest of this little mustang is pretty original with some of its original ember glow paint still in tact. Its black bucket seat interior is very presentable for original but is starting to show its wear. If you would put a nice cosmetic restoration on this mustang you would have yourself one Super high end Pony. Its very solid and original underneath and just a good clean survivor!
